Please allow 3–5 business days for your personalized magnets to be created before they ship. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on all U.S. orders.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders of $75 or more.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Snap'd Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the item. We'll work with you to make it right.
